Weekly Recap 1/28/2013

This week was not a stellar week of workouts.  Although in addition to my actual workouts I would like to count holding, rocking, bouncing and beautiful newborn as a workout.  I did it at least an hour, and all that standing has my legs feeling a little sore this morning.  I just am not making time or choices that support working out.  There are so many other choices:)

Here is what I did this week:

Monday

Tuesday

TurboFire Fire Starter Class.  I am still in the early part of the training schedule.  I really enjoy this workout.

Wednesday

TurboFire Core 20 and Stretch 40 classes .  This was my first time doing both of theses videos.  The ab workout was a real ab burner.  I found myself doing a lot of the modifications.  I have never sweated so much during a “stretch” class, which I would call an intense yoga workout.  I actually could not do the last 18 minutes of the DVD because my laptop decided to stop reading the DVD.
