So for the second week in the row, I want to include a non-workout workout. Did you hear about Nemo? Well he found us! The part of NY I live definitely did not get the worst, my Sister-in-Law (who is no longer my sister-in-law but I still refer to her as such) got 22 inches. We had about 12-15. But the process of digging out the cars and cleaning them off was hard work.
Here is what I did this week:

Tuesday
Run/Walk. After not running at all last week, I woke up this morning with a strong urge to get it done. Since I walked to and from the gym, I counted some of that as part of my warm-up and cool-down. I ran for 20 minutes and then walked for another 25 minutes. I think I need to push a little harder on the running portion.

Thursday
TurboFire Fire 55 EZ. Another sweat fest. I really love these workouts. I have never smiled and sweated so much. There’s definitely something about Chalene and the music:)

Off or shoveling over a foot of snow, and digging out a car.

I know I need to increase my total number of workouts. I seem stuck at two for the most part. Next week, I will start my workouts on Monday and see if that makes it easier for me to get at least three workouts done every week. There’s enough time, I just need to make room them.


Two is better than none. That is really when you have to start worrying.
